Punjabi chef

Our little place is Shop No 1h/21 on Arya Samaj Road in NIT, Faridabad. We are right across from Dayanand Public School, so we see a lot of kids and parents every single day. The morning starts with us getting the kitchen ready before the school bell rings. It’s a busy street, and finding a parking spot near Punjabi chef can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes, but people still manage to find their way here. We don't have a big fancy dining hall, just a small area where you can stand and eat or take your food to go. My brother handles the front while I stay in the back and look after the cooking. We’ve had this shop for a few years now, and the walls are covered with old calendars and a few pictures we liked. It’s not the most modern-looking place in Faridabad, but it’s ours and we take care of it. When the school lets out, the shop gets really crowded and noisy, and we have to work fast to keep up with everyone. We don't use any fancy techniques or special equipment, just the same pots and pans we’ve had since we opened. Sometimes we get tired of the heat and the constant rush, but this is our business and we take it seriously. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous place; we just want to get the food out and make sure the bills are paid.
