Working out of 49 Udyog Vihar Phase I is always an interesting experience. It’s a crowded part of the city, and Pulse Magnetic & Power Electronics Pvt Ltd is right in the middle of all that noise and movement. Our space is dedicated to power electronics, which means there are a lot of soldering irons, capacitors, and testing rigs spread out across the tables. It’s a bit of a organized mess, to be honest, but we know where everything is. The people working here are experts in their own way, even if they don’t wear suits or use corporate jargon. We’re more comfortable in our work shirts, figuring out why a circuit isn’t behaving or how to improve a magnetic component. We don’t bother with big slogans or trying to sound more important than we are. We’re just a group of people who enjoy the technical challenges of power electronics. The traffic in Udyog Vihar can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often stay a little late just to avoid the worst of it, which usually means more time spent on the workshop floor. We have some old filing cabinets that have been here since the company started, and they’re bulging with old designs and notes. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We just focus on the electronics and making sure the parts we build actually do what they’re supposed to do when they leave our gate.
