Premier Chinese Cafe

Premier Chinese Cafe is tucked away in Shop No 19 & 20 on Mathura Road in Sector 19, Faridabad. It is a pretty lively spot, especially since we are near Asian Chowk and the Badhkal Mor area. We spend most of our time behind the counter or in the kitchen with the woks. You can always hear the sound of pans hitting the burners. We started this place because we liked the idea of a simple cafe in the neighborhood. It’s not a big restaurant, just a couple of shops joined together. We get a lot of people coming in from the local offices or just folks passing through Sector 19. Sometimes the place gets really crowded and people have to wait, which we feel bad about, but we move as fast as we can. The menu is just stuff we know how to make well. We aren't trying to win any awards or anything. We just want to serve food that people like. The floor gets a bit greasy sometimes, and we are always wiping down the tables. It's just me and a few others running the show. We’ve been at this location for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the other shopkeepers around Mathura Road. It’s a decent place to be. We just open up, cook all day, and head home when the lights go out. Nothing fancy about it at all. We just keep the kitchen running and the customers fed every single day. That is just our life.
