Our place is at I- 9 A in the DLF Industrial Area. Phase-L is always crawling with trucks and delivery bikes. Pankhuri Laminators Pvt. Ltd. has been here for years. It is a big space where we do all the laminating work. It is mostly just rows of machines and rolls of material sitting around in piles. The floor is concrete and gets really cold in the winter months. We spend most of the day making sure the heat on the machines is set just right for the laminate. It is not an easy job, you have to watch everything closely or things get ruined. There are about ten of us here on a good day. We do not really talk much during the actual shifts because of the machine noise. The office is just a small room in the corner with a metal desk and some old files. We do not bother with much decoration or anything like that. The focus is just on getting the orders out to the customers. People send us their stuff to laminate, and we get it done as fast as we can. Sometimes we run late when a machine acts up or the power flickers. It happens in these industrial areas. The DLF area is always a bit crowded, so finding a spot for a truck can be a real mess. But we have lived with it for a long time. We just do our thing and stay out of trouble.
