We are based at Plot No. 08 in the New DLF Industrial Area. It is a practical location for us because it gives us enough space for our equipment and for storing the materials we need. Derma Care India Pvt. Ltd. might sound like a large corporation, but we are actually just a small team of people working in a modest factory setting. We spend our days preparing different types of skincare products like lotions and creams. The work involves a lot of measuring and making sure the mixing machines are running at the right speed. It is a bit of a process to keep everything clean, but we do our best given that we are in the middle of an industrial zone. We don't have a fancy entrance or a lobby with a receptionist. Most people who come to see us just walk straight into the storage area and find one of us there. The commute out here is quite long for most of the staff, but we have a good routine going once we arrive. We don't spend any money on advertising or trying to look like a high-end brand. We just focus on making sure what goes into the bottles is right. It is hard work and the days can be long, but we are happy with how things are going since moving to this plot. The air conditioner in the back room sometimes makes a strange rattling noise, but it still keeps the products cool enough. We usually finish up and lock the gate around six.
