Kalash Sourcing

Our workspace for Kalash Sourcing is over at 1543, Sector-49, N.I.T. It’s a straightforward setup in a part of Faridabad that is mostly residential and small businesses. We don't have a big glass front or a receptionist sitting at a desk. It’s just a few of us in a room with our laptops, some phones, and a lot of notebooks. The building is a regular brick structure, and we’ve decorated the inside with just the basics—desks, chairs, and a cupboard for files. It can get pretty hot in the summer, so the cooler is always running in the corner, making a bit of noise. We spend our days calling people and checking on shipments. The road outside isn’t paved perfectly, so it gets a bit muddy when it rains, but we’ve gotten used to that. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together while we talk about anything other than work. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don’t try to act like we are some huge corporation. We’re just a small team trying to keep things moving and making sure our clients get what they asked for. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, and we just sit outside or work on paper until it comes back. It’s a quiet life in Sector-49, and it suits the way we like to work without too much fuss or distraction. We just focus on the day's tasks.
