Yadav Dairy

If you are around Ballabgarh, you might have passed by Yadav Dairy. We are located on Mohna Road, right near Rajiv Gandhi Marg in Sector 63. It is a busy intersection and there is always something going on outside our door. We run a pretty basic operation here. It is all about the dairy business. We get the milk in, we handle it, and we get it out to the people who need it. There isn't anything fancy about the way we do things. We have some cows and we have the equipment to keep things moving. The building itself is just a functional space. It has got concrete floors and high ceilings to keep it cool during the summer months. We spend a lot of time cleaning up because a dairy has to be kept right. Our team is small, mostly family and a few neighbors who have worked with us for a long time. We do not have a marketing team or anyone to write pretty words for us. We just know how to handle the animals and the milk. It is a tough job sometimes, especially in the winter when it is freezing cold at four in the morning. But we have been doing this for a long time on Mohna Road, and it is what we know. We just focus on the day-to-day work and making sure we do not fall behind on the chores.
