Hitkari Sabun Udyog

Hitkari Sabun Udyog is located at Plot No.56 in Sector-6. It’s an industrial spot, so there isn't much to see besides other sheds and warehouses. We make soap here. It involves a lot of boiling, mixing, and then waiting for things to set so we can cut them into bars. The process is pretty loud sometimes because of the old motors we use, and the heat from the vats makes the summer months a bit tough. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage things when you know every corner of the shop floor. The guys here wear plain clothes and don't mind getting their hands messy with the fats and lye we use. We don't really do much in the way of advertising or fancy packaging. Most of our time goes into checking the consistency of the soap blocks. If a batch isn't right, we just have to figure out why and fix it. There’s a small office in the front where we keep the ledgers and handle the phone calls, but most of the action happens in the back. Sometimes the supply of oil is late, and we have to shuffle the schedule around. It’s just a normal factory life where the goal is to get the crates filled and stacked by evening. We keep it basic and don't try to be something we’re not. It is just a group of us working.
