Nikhil Da Dhaba

We opened up Nikhil Da Dhaba here on Kamra Road quite some time back. It's a busy spot, especially being so close to Lingyas University in Sector 92. Most days we are just busy keeping up with the hungry students and people passing through Faridabad. It is a simple setup, nothing fancy, just a place where you can sit down and get a meal that doesn't cost a fortune. The road outside gets pretty loud with all the traffic, but inside we try to keep things steady. We spend most of our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure everything is fresh for the lunch rush. It is hard work, standing over the heat all day, but it’s what we do. People around here know us by now. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Usually, someone just hears about us from a friend or stops by because they saw the sign while driving past. The 121001 area has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings coming up, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we mostly focus on just making sure the plates are full and the tea is hot. Sometimes the power goes out or it gets too crowded, but that's just how it is running a dhaba. We just keep the stove going and do our best to serve whoever walks through the door.
