Milan Plaza Restaurant

You can find us at Plot No- Scf 1 & 2 in Sector 11. We are right near Mathura Road, which means there is always a lot of noise from the trucks and cars. This restaurant has been my main focus for years. It’s not a fancy dining hall with white tablecloths. We have sturdy tables and chairs that can handle a lot of people coming in for a quick lunch. My cooks have been with me for a long time, and they know how to get the food out fast. We don't do anything special for the presentation, just good portions on the plate. Sometimes the lunch rush gets a bit chaotic and I have to step in to clear tables myself. The air conditioner works most of the time, but on really hot days in Faridabad, it struggles a bit. We get a lot of workers from the nearby offices and people traveling on the highway. I like seeing the regulars who come in every Tuesday or Thursday. It feels like a small community even though we are right by a busy road. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. If the food is okay and the price is fair, people come back. That is how we’ve always operated here in Sector 11. It’s just honest work and feeding whoever walks through the door hungry. There is no need to make it more complicated than that.
