Mb Restaurant

Our restaurant is located on Mathura Road in Ballabhgarh, right near the ITI and the Bank Chawla colony. Being on Mathura Road means we see a lot of action. There are always trucks, buses, and cars zooming past at all hours. We are in that part of Faridabad where things always feel like they are moving. The place itself is quite simple. We have a counter and some seating for people who want to stay and eat. Because we are near the ITI, we get a lot of younger guys coming in, and then there are the people from the bank and the colony nearby. It gets pretty dusty out there on the main road, so we are always cleaning the glass and the tables. We don't have a fancy menu or anything. We just cook what people like to eat every day. The kitchen is small but it works for us. We start early in the morning before the traffic gets too heavy. By the time the sun is up, we are already busy with the first few things for the day. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when it’s hot outside, but we just get on with it. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just run a small shop on a busy road for the people who live and work around Ballabhgarh. That is basically all there is to it.
