Kulcha Cafe is located in Faridabad, zip code 121002. It's a simple name for a simple place. We mostly focus on kulchas, as you might guess. Faridabad is a big industrial city and people here work hard, so they want food that is filling. We don't have a fancy shop front or a lot of decorations. It’s just a place where you can sit down and have a meal. We started this because we liked the idea of a small cafe that felt local. It’s not one of those shiny places you see in the malls. The chairs might creak a bit and the paint isn't brand new, but the kitchen is where we put our effort. We don't have a "mission" or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and start the prep work. The dough needs time to sit, so we have to be here early. 121002 is a large area, but we’ve managed to get a decent number of regulars who come in every few days. It's nice to see the same faces. We don't do any big promotions. If the food is good, people come back, and that's how we've always looked at it. It’s just a regular daily routine for us. We clean up at night, go home, and do it all again the next day. It's honest work and we are happy to be part of the Faridabad community. We don't need any more than that to keep us going.
