Kerala Dosa House

We are located at Shop Number 946 on the Main Road in Sector 10, Faridabad. If you are near the 7/10 Chowk, we are just a short walk from there. At Kerala Dosa House, the main thing we do is make dosas on the big flat tawas. We start the batter days in advance so it has time to sit and get right. The mornings are usually our busiest time because everyone wants a quick breakfast before they head to work or school. It’s a small shop, so there isn't a lot of room to wander around. We have the kitchen area right where you can see it. We use a lot of rice and lentils every week. The sound of the batter hitting the hot metal is something we hear all day long. Our regulars are mostly people from the nearby houses in Sector 10 who stop by for a parcel or a quick bite. We don't have a big menu with hundreds of items. We just stick to what we know how to make well. It gets quite steamy in the shop when the tawas are full. We spend a lot of time cleaning up at the end of the night to get ready for the next morning. It is honest work and we have been doing it at this location for a while now. We try to keep things simple and let the food speak for itself without any extra fuss. Most of our staff stays busy in the kitchen area.
