Kaka Da Dhaba

Our dhaba is at 26-A in I P Colony, right in the middle of Sector 33 and 34 in Faridabad. It is a simple eating joint, the kind you find all over this part of the country. We don't have air conditioning or fancy menus with pictures. We just have the food we cook every day in the back. The kitchen is always hot and smells like spices and smoke. We have been here for a long time, and the building has started to show its age, but that doesn't stop people from coming in. We get a lot of truck drivers, local workers, and sometimes families who want a quick meal. The seating is just basic tables and benches. We don't have a big waitstaff, just a few guys who have been with us for years. We do all the cooking and cleaning ourselves. Faridabad is a busy industrial city, and people here appreciate a place that is straightforward. We stay open late because there is always someone looking for a bite to eat after a long shift. We don't have any big slogans or marketing plans. We just buy the vegetables and lentils every morning and start the stove. Some days are good and some are slow, but we just keep the pots boiling. It is a simple way to make a living and we have been doing it this way for a long time now.
