Kabab Boat

You can find us at Booth Number 86 in the Huda Market area of Sector 21c. It’s a small spot in a busy part of Faridabad. We’ve been operating out of this booth for quite some time now. The name Kabab Boat is something people seem to remember, which helps since we don't do any real advertising. It’s a tight space to work in, especially when the grill is going and the orders start piling up. We don't have much in the way of indoor seating, so most folks just grab their food and head home or eat while they’re out walking through the market. Sector 21c is a lively neighborhood, and we see a lot of the same faces every week. We start our prep work long before the sun goes down so we’re ready for the evening rush. It’s a lot of standing around and dealing with the heat, but we’re used to it by now. We don't try to make things look more polished than they are. It’s just a booth in a market, after all. We focus on the cooking and getting people their orders without too much fuss. Sometimes the market gets really crowded and noisy, but that’s just part of the atmosphere here in Faridabad. We’re just glad to be a part of the local scene and to keep the business running one day at a time.
