If you head out towards Ballabgarh and find your way to Mothuka, you’ll see Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. It sits near the P.O. Chandpur area. It's a bit of a trek for some, but it’s quiet out here. The school has been part of this landscape for quite some time. We’ve got students who stay here, so it’s more than just a place to study; it’s where they live for most of the year. The buildings are spread out, and there’s plenty of open space around. It’s not like those schools in the middle of a crowded city. Here, you can actually hear the birds. Life at the school is pretty structured because it has to be when you have kids living on-site. Breakfast, classes, then some time for chores or sports. It’s a busy routine. We aren’t trying to be anything flashy. Most of the staff live nearby or even on the grounds. We know the local roads get a bit dusty, and the weather can be tough in the summer. But the kids get used to it. The classrooms have the essentials, and the dorms are where everyone rests up after a long day of lessons. We just focus on getting through the curriculum and making sure the food is ready in the mess hall. It’s a practical setup for families who want their children to focus on their studies without too many distractions from the town.
