Handi N Kabab

Handi N Kabab is our small shop at H 147 in Sector 10, Faridabad. We are located right near Shyam Tyre in the DLF area. It’s a bit of an industrial and residential mix around here. We spend most of our time at the shop, getting things ready for the day. We are not a big restaurant with a lot of branches. It’s just this one place in the 121006 area. Most of our customers are people who work in the nearby shops or live in the apartments. We make kababs and handi dishes every day. The kitchen is small, so you can usually hear us working from the seating area. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a place to eat. We try to keep the prices fair because we know our neighbors. Sometimes we run out of kababs before the night ends, especially on Fridays. We don't have a manager in a suit; it’s just us in our aprons. If you’re getting your tires checked at Shyam Tyre, you might have seen us. We’ve been here for some time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We just keep doing what we do. It’s honest work and we like seeing people eat their meal without any pretense. The lighting is a bit bright but it helps us see what we are doing in the kitchen.
