Gupha Restaurant

Located at number 10 in the New Complex Market of Ballabhgarh. If you are near Ambedkar Chowk just look behind Rohit Juice Corner and you will find us. We have been part of this market in Faridabad for quite some time. The place is called Gupha because we tried to give it a bit of a different look inside compared to the other shops on the street. It’s not very big and the lighting is kept low which some people like and others find a bit dark. We serve mostly North Indian food that is familiar to everyone around here. Our staff consists of a few local guys who have been with us since we opened. We aren't a big chain so we do everything ourselves from buying the groceries to managing the accounts. The market outside is always crowded with shoppers and scooters so it can be a bit of a struggle to reach our door during peak hours. We have some fans to keep the air moving but it still gets hot near the kitchen area. The menu is printed on simple cards and we don't change it very often. People come back for the same dishes anyway. It is a modest business and we just try to keep the food hot and the tables wiped down. We appreciate the people who stop by after their shopping is done. Sometimes we run out of chicken by late evening but we usually have some dal and roti left for anyone who comes late.
