Gopal Ji Restaurant

Gopal Ji Restaurant is located at Shop No 4 on Mathura Road. We’re right opposite the Orient Fan building, near the Mujesar Mod. It’s a very busy part of Faridabad, with a lot of heavy traffic and people working in the nearby factories. We opened this place to give folks a spot to get a proper, hot meal without having to spend a lot of money. The shop isn't very large, so things can get a bit tight during the busy lunch hour when everyone comes in at once. We have a few workers who help us with the serving and keeping the place tidy. We cook everything in large pots in the back kitchen. We don't have a website or anything fancy. We just focus on getting the food ready on time for the hungry crowds. A lot of our regulars are the people who work in the nearby industries every day. They come in for a quick thali or some fresh rotis. We’ve been here in the 121001 area for a while now and have seen the roads change quite a bit. The noise from the traffic on Mathura Road never really stops, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We keep the water cooler filled and the tables wiped down as best as we can. It’s just us doing our best for the working crowd in NIT.
