Gazal Restro Bar

Up on the second floor of Pristine Mall in Sector 31, that’s where you’ll find us. Being in a mall in Faridabad means our day follows the mall’s schedule. When the mall opens, we start getting ready. When the movie theater nearby lets out, we get busy. Gazal Restro Bar is a place where people come to sit after they’ve been walking around the shops. It’s got a different feel than a street-side shop because you are inside the big building. We have the usual bar setup and some tables for food. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the drinks are cold and the place is comfortable enough for a rest. The lighting is a bit dim inside, which helps people relax. We see a lot of younger crowds and some families too, depending on the time of day. Working in a mall means dealing with the mall management and the other shop owners. It’s a little community of its own up here on the second floor. We keep the floors clean and the shelves stocked. It’s a lot of lifting and moving things around before the customers arrive. We enjoy the buzz of the evening when the music is playing and everyone is talking. It’s just a normal job for us, keeping the place running and serving whoever walks in through the mall.
