Foodiez Restaurant

This shop in Faridabad has been our daily life for a while. Being on Tigaw Road, we get a lot of people passing by on their way to the Sai Dham Mandir. It’s a good landmark. Shop number 5 isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We start early, cleaning the floors and getting things ready before the sun gets too high. It gets quite dusty on this road. We have a few tables out. It’s mostly locals who stop in. You know how it is in Faridabad, it’s a mix of people going to work and families. We don’t have a big menu or anything. We just make what we know. Sometimes we talk to the people from the other shops nearby. We’ve seen the area change a bit, but Tigaw Road stays pretty much the same. The Mandir brings in a lot of people on certain days, so those are our busiest times. We don't use any fancy systems here. Just a pen and a pad for orders. It works fine for us. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just wait it out. It’s a simple life running a restaurant here. We aren't trying to be anything big. Just Foodiez, a small place where you can get a meal near the temple. We focus on the daily tasks and hope the stove keeps working and the customers keep coming back.
