Fiery Grillss

We are down in the lower ground floor, LG 6, at the Crown Plaza Mall. This is right on the Mathura Road in Faridabad, specifically in Sector 15 A. Being in a mall means our life is governed by the mall’s opening and closing times. We see a lot of families on the weekends and office workers during the weekdays. The 121001 area is pretty busy, and Mathura Road always has a lot of traffic passing by. Inside the mall, it’s a different world, much cooler and quieter than the street outside. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the shoppers. Our staff is a mix of young people and some older hands who have been in the food business for a long time. We don't spend much money on fancy ads; we just rely on people seeing us while they’re out shopping. The space is simple, and we try to keep things organized despite how busy it gets on Saturday nights. It can be a bit of a maze in the basement levels sometimes, but once you find LG 6, you’re there. We don't try to be anything other than a decent place to eat. We just focus on the grills and making sure the kitchen doesn't get too backed up when the mall is full. It’s a lot of hard work, but we enjoy the daily buzz of the mall crowd.
