Desi Tadka

We are over at Shop No-1, Anang Pur dairy in Faridabad. It is a bit of a dusty spot because we are so close to the Badarpur Border, but it is where we work every day. You can find us in Sector 37, right in the Devi Sahai Market. We are tucked away behind the DS Doors building, so sometimes people miss us on the first pass. It is not a fancy place with big lights or anything like that. We mostly just focus on getting the food ready and keeping the place clean enough. The traffic near the border is usually a mess in the evenings, and the noise from the trucks can get pretty loud while we are trying to talk. We have been here for a while now and know most of the people who walk by daily. It is just me and a couple of helpers running the show. We do not have a big office or a manager, just a small counter and the kitchen in the back. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but that is just life in Faridabad. If you are looking for us, just look for the dairy and walk towards the back of the market. It is a simple setup, but it works for us. We stay open late most nights because the market stays busy.
