If you look for us at Om Shubham Tower on Neelam Bata Road, you will find us across shops 37, 38, and 39. Having three shops next to each other gives us enough room to handle our export business. We mainly deal with stones and related items, which is why the word Ratna is in our name. It’s a busy part of the NIT area. Every day starts with opening up the shutters and checking what needs to be packed for shipping. Since we export, we have to be very careful with the packaging. One small mistake can cause a lot of trouble later. The tower itself is usually buzzing with people going to different offices. We have been here for a while and have seen many neighbors come and go. Our workspace isn't a high-end gallery; it’s more of a functional area where we sort, weigh, and pack. We use simple tools and a lot of bubble wrap. Sometimes the paperwork for the exports takes longer than the actual sorting of the stones. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us doing the daily tasks and making sure the orders are ready on time. It can be repetitive, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. We just focus on the work at hand and try to keep things moving.
