Choudhary Family Dhaba

We are located at Shop Number 160 on the 30/33 Road in Faridabad. This area in Indra Prastha Colony is right near the old Sher Shah Suri Marg and it stays busy because we are opposite the SLF Mall and the DLF industrial area. There is always a lot of noise from the factories and the people shopping. Choudhary Family Dhaba is just a simple place for those people to get something to eat. We have families coming in from the mall and workers coming in from the industrial side. It makes for a bit of a mix in the seating area. We have been here for a while and have seen the buildings go up around us. The kitchen is always going and it stays quite hot in there. We do not have any fancy uniforms or anything like that. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we have to rush to get things ready before the lunch crowd shows up. We try to keep the tables wiped down and the floor clean but it is hard with so many people walking in and out all day long. We just do the best we can with what we have. It is a practical business and it keeps us on our feet. We do not have a lot of time for sitting around ourselves.
