Chops And Hops

We’re Chops And Hops, and you’ll find us at SCF 138 in Sector 17, Faridabad. Our place is right in the Main Huda Market, and we’re quite close to the Andhra Bank in that pocket. Being in the 121002 area, we see a lot of people who are out doing their banking or running errands in the market. The shop isn’t overly big, but we’ve made the most of the space we have. Most of our day is spent prepping the menu and making sure the seating area is clean for the next person who walks in. It’s a bit of a noisy area with the market traffic, but we’ve grown to like the energy of it. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us working behind the counter and in the kitchen. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three orders come in at once, but we manage. We just try to keep things simple and honest. We’ve been here in Sector 17 long enough to know the rhythms of the street, like when the bank gets busy or when the market starts to quiet down for the night. Our sign is a bit old, but it still does the job. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not—just a local spot for people to get some food and take a break from their busy day in the market.
