Chop Shop Chicken Corner

Chop Shop Chicken Corner is situated right at Shop No-54 in Faridabad. We’re very close to the Neelam Flyover, which means it’s always loud with the sound of cars and bikes going over the bridge. It’s a 121001 area location, and it’s been our home base for quite some time. The shop itself is small, but we use every inch of it for the chicken prep and the counter. Every morning starts with the delivery coming in and us getting everything cleaned and ready for the lunch rush. We don't have a lot of seating, so many people just stop their bikes, grab their order, and head out. It gets pretty hot in here during the summer months with the cooking going on, but we keep the fans running as fast as they’ll go. My hands are usually busy with the knives or the packaging. We don't spend money on decorations because it’s a chicken shop, not a gallery. We just want the food to be right and the place to be clean. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is nice and people are out walking near the flyover. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it’s what keeps the shop going and keeps us busy with the local crowd day after day.
