Brajwasi Bhojnalay

Our little shop is located at No 7 in Sector 35, Faridabad. We are right in the Sarai Khwaza area, and our zip code is 121003. We’ve been running this bhojnalay for quite some time now, and it’s become a bit of a daily routine for us. The shop isn't very large, just enough for a few tables and a kitchen area where we do all the cooking. We mostly serve the workers and families who live around Sector 35. It’s a very plain and practical place. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning or upholstered chairs. It’s just wooden tables and basic service. We spend most of our day prepping the food and making sure everything is ready for the lunch and dinner crowds. The street outside can get quite busy and noisy with all the traffic in Faridabad, but we just stay focused on our work inside. We don't really do any marketing or have a website; people just find us by walking past Shop No 7. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we’re proud to keep the place going. We just try to keep the floors swept and the food hot for whoever walks through the door. It’s a simple life, and we’re just a regular part of the Sarai Khwaza community.
