You can find us at 165 Muniyappan Koli Street over in Munickam Palam. It’s a narrow street and can get quite crowded with delivery vans and cycles. We’ve been operating as a trading company here for a good while. Our shop is full of boxes, samples, and old ledgers stacked on the wooden shelves. We trade various goods depending on what the local demand is at the moment. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, where everyone pitches in with everything from sweeping the floor to doing the accounting. Some days we are just sitting around waiting for the phone to ring, and other days we don’t even have time to stop for a quick lunch. The street itself has its own character, with neighbors always stopping by for a chat or a cup of tea. We aren't doing anything revolutionary or high-tech. We just buy stuff, store it for a bit in our back room, and sell it to the people who need it. The building is old, and the stairs creak when you walk up them, but it’s home to us. We know our customers by name mostly, and they know us. It’s about building those long-term links in the local community. We don't spend money on fancy signs or radio advertising. Word of mouth has always been enough for us to keep the lights on. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it’s worked for our family for a long time. We just take it one day at a time.
