You can find us at number 6 in Mamarathupalayam. It’s a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else. Sakthi Trading Company isn't a fancy name on a skyscraper. We are just a local business doing our bit in the community. The building we’re in has been around for quite some time. It’s got character, I suppose you could say. We deal with trading various goods, and our days are usually filled with loading and unloading or checking the inventory. It’s practical work. We don't use a lot of complicated software; a lot of our notes are still written down in ledgers. It helps us keep track of things without relying too much on technology that might fail. The weather out here can be quite hot, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. Most of our customers come to us through word of mouth. They know we are here and they know we are honest about what we do. We take pride in being reliable. If someone asks for something, we do our best to get it for them. It’s not a fast-paced corporate life. It’s more about steady work and building relationships with the people who live and work around here. We’re just regular folks trying to run a decent business without too much fuss. That is the way it has been since we started.
