We are located over at Viii / 295 on Manjadiyil B.O.C. Road in Perumbavoor. Weco Elevator Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a decent-sized spot for handling the parts and pieces that go into the work we do. Perumbavoor has its own pace, and we fit right into it. The road can get pretty busy with local traffic, but we’re used to the noise by now. We spend a lot of time testing things and making sure the mechanics are working like they should. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The office part is small because most of the action happens in the back where the equipment is kept. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when a big shipment arrives, but we sort it out eventually. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep things running for our customers. You won't find us using big corporate words or having long meetings about nothing. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or built that day. It’s a practical environment. If you’re driving down B.O.C. Road, you’ll see our sign eventually. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us. It’s a simple setup, and that’s how we like it. We focus on the hardware and the heavy lifting.
