Our shop is packed with all sorts of equipment. It’s a bit of a squeeze to get through the aisles. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling. It’s been this way for years. We know where every single nut and bolt is, even if it looks like a mess to someone else. Metelda Equipment Agencies doesn't have a polished showroom. We have a counter that’s a bit worn out on the edges. There’s always a stack of invoices and catalogs lying around. We spend our days talking to people who need parts or advice. It’s a constant stream of customers from morning till night. The rain in this part of town can be quite heavy, and we have to move things away from the front door when it pours. We don't have a marketing strategy. We just rely on the fact that we've been here at Plot No. 40/7704 for a long time. People trust us because they know us. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local news while we work. It’s just a regular local business. We don't try to be anything else.
