Catalyst International

Kadavanthra is a busy place to be, especially on Thachappilly Lane where Catalyst House is located. We have been working out of this spot, No 37-389, for some time now. It’s a white building near the temple, so it is easy enough for people to find if they are looking for us. Most days start early with the sound of traffic and the general buzz of Kochi waking up. We deal with a lot of international stuff, so there are always boxes and documents moving through the front door. The office itself has high ceilings but stays pretty humid because of the Kerala weather. We have a few fans going all day to keep the air moving. Our desks are usually covered in files and folders. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains heavy, which happens a lot here. We just sit and wait for it to come back on while we drink some strong coffee. The team here has stayed mostly the same over the years. We know each other's habits and who likes their workspace messy or clean. People coming down Temple Road often pop their heads in to say hello. It feels like a proper neighborhood business even though we handle things that go far away. We don’t have any fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a place where we come to get the day's work finished before the evening traffic gets too bad.
