ADLER POS India Pvt.Ltd. is based in Ernakulam, right on Arangath Road. We are on the second floor of 66/1964 D. If you know Ernakulam North, you know it’s a busy area with a lot of traffic and people moving around. Our office handles Point of Sale systems, which are basically the machines shops use to ring up sales. It’s a lot of technical work mixed with some customer support. The office isn't very large, so it can get a bit cramped when we have a new shipment of machines coming in. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few technical diagrams. It’s a practical workspace for a practical business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the hardware to make sure everything is configured right before it goes out. Sometimes the rain in Kerala is so loud on the roof that we can barely hear each other, but we just keep working. We aren’t trying to sound like a massive corporation. We’re just a group of people who understand how POS systems work and help local businesses get set up. Most of us commute from around Ernakulam, so we know the local scene pretty well. It’s a straightforward job and we just get on with it every day. Basically just doing our own thing in the city and keeping the wheels turning.
