Tasteum Food Concepts Llp is based at Techno City, X1/673A. We’re in the KSSIA Building on Seaport Airport Road. This is within the HMT Industrial Estate in Kalamassery. It’s a very industrial part of Ernakulam, so there are always trucks and workers moving around. Our focus is on food concepts, which means we spend a lot of time in our workspace trying out different things. The KSSIA building is a solid place to work from. Being in the 683503 area helps because it’s easy for transport. We aren't a big flashy company with a lobby full of plants. It’s more about the equipment and the worktables. The noise from the HMT estate is just background music to us now. We’ve been here for a bit and it suits the way we work. It’s practical. We have some desks for the paperwork and a lot of space for the food stuff. Some days it’s hot and the road is dusty, but we just get on with it. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just come in, do the work we need to do for the day, and head home. It’s a good spot for a food business like ours because everything is so accessible from the Seaport Airport Road. We don't mind the heat or the noise much as long as we get things finished.
