Around Thrikkakara, people generally know where we are located. Sas Food Products isn't some massive factory or a giant corporate building; it is more of a local operation where we keep things moving as best as we can. We spend a lot of our time just managing the day-to-day stuff that comes with handling food items. It gets pretty busy, especially when we have a lot of orders to get through before the sun goes down. The air around this part of Thrikkakara usually smells like whatever we are working on that day. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. It is just a small group of us showing up, doing the work, and making sure the products are ready to go out. Thrikkakara is a good spot for this kind of thing because it is easy enough to get around. We have had some really long days here lately, but that is just how it goes when you are running a small place. We try to keep the floors clean and the machines running like they are supposed to. It is not always perfect, and sometimes things get a bit hectic, but we manage to get it done. If you walked in, you would see a lot of activity and not much fluff. We focus on the food and getting it out to whoever needs it. It has been a steady path for us so far.
