This part of Ernakulam is always buzzing with activity because of the nearby offices and the waterfront. Our restaurant is a small spot that we’ve been running for a while. It’s not a place with a huge menu or fancy lighting. We have a few tables and some simple chairs where people can sit and take a break. The Hakoba Building is an older one, and you can see that in the way the windows are shaped and the tiles on the floor. We don't have a big team of people working here. It’s just a few of us who handle the cooking and the serving. We don't use any marketing phrases to describe what we do. We just make coffee and simple food for the people who stop by. Sometimes the road outside gets very loud with the buses and the rain, but it’s part of being in this location. We have a lot of regular customers who work in the nearby buildings and come in every day at the same time. We don't have a website or any social media pages. We just rely on being here on the corner for anyone who needs a seat. It’s a very simple business and we like it that way.
