Garnish Caterers

Our place is right on the NH Bye Pass, almost directly opposite the India Vision building in Palarivattom. It’s a very busy spot with cars and buses rushing by at all hours. Because we are Garnish Caterers, we are always on the move. The kitchen is usually a whirlwind of activity. You can hear the fans humming and the clatter of pans from the street if the traffic slows down enough. Being in Palarivattom is handy because we can get to different parts of the city pretty quickly, though the bypass traffic can be a real headache in the evenings. We spend a lot of our time loading up the trucks with food and equipment. It’s a lot of lifting and carrying, so everyone stays pretty fit. There’s no fancy reception area here. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of prepping a large order or cleaning up after one. We don’t have a corporate culture or anything like that. We just have a group of people who know how to cook and set things up for a party. Most of our staff have been around for years, so we all know each other’s habits. It’s a noisy, busy, and sometimes messy business, but it keeps us going. We don’t spend much time on the computer or doing ads. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized so we don't forget anything important for the events we handle.
