Pazhupparambath Foods

We are located right here in Koonammavu, specifically along Naalam Mile E Road in the Valluvally area. It is a bit of a busy spot during the morning hours when everyone is heading out. Pazhupparambath Foods has been around this part of Kochi for a while now, and we just go about our work day by day. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it stays busy inside with the staff moving around between the different sections. You can usually hear the sounds of the kitchen from the street. We spend a lot of time just organizing the supplies that come in and making sure the floors are swept at the end of the shift. The humidity in Kochi can make it pretty hot back in the production area, so we keep the fans going as much as we can. Most of the people working here live close by, so we all know each other well. Sometimes the rain comes down hard on the roof and it gets loud, but we just keep working through it. It’s just a regular local place where we focus on getting the food items ready and packed up. There’s always some heavy lifting to do when the trucks arrive at the Valluvally site. We don't have a lot of fancy office space, just the work tables and the storage racks. It gets messy when we are in the middle of a big batch, but that is just how it goes.
