We run Messypots Kitchen Llp over at Thayamkery House. If you know the South Chilavannoor Road area in Kadavanthra, you probably know where the NCC Officers Mess is. We are right near there. It’s a busy spot in Kochi. Honestly, the name Messypots comes from how things actually look when you're busy cooking all day. We deal with food and kitchen work. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls. It’s more of a real workspace where things get done. Some days the road outside is quiet, but usually, there’s a bit of a buzz. Being in Chilavannoor means we are right in the middle of Ernakulam. We’ve been at 28/2273 for a while now. People sometimes get lost looking for the house number, but once you find the officers mess, it’s easy. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure everything tastes right. It’s a small team here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us handling the pots and the orders every day. The weather here in Kerala can make the kitchen pretty warm, but we are used to it. We just keep the windows open and get on with the day’s tasks. If you happen to be walking down the road toward the water, you'll pass us. There’s always something happening here at the house and we just try to keep up with it.
