Malabar Flavours Llp

Our office is on the 6th floor of the Compass Commercial Complex. That is at No.45/1930 A in Thammanam, Ernakulam. Malabar Flavours Llp is basically a group of us who really like the food from the Malabar region. We wanted to bring those tastes here to Ernakulam. Being on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy to look out the window. We spend our time sourcing spices and talking to cooks. It is a lot of phone calls and paperwork to get everything right. We aren't a massive corporation with a huge budget. We are just a local LLP trying to make a mark. The complex is always busy with other businesses, so there is a lot of coming and going. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us fit, I guess. We don't have a polished PR team to write our stories. This is just us telling it like it is. We work hard, we eat well, and we try to keep our customers happy with the real flavors we find. Thammanam is a central place to be, which makes it easier for us to move things around. We just keep our heads down and focus on the food and the flavors every day. It’s a long road but we are happy to be on it together.
