We've been in the restaurant business for a while now, and this is where we handle all the behind-the-scenes stuff. Kaloor is a very busy part of the city, so there is always a lot going on right outside our doors. Inside Express House, it’s a bit more focused. We have a small group of people who take care of the paperwork, the scheduling, and all the other things that keep a restaurant group running. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for what we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working at our desks. Sometimes we have meetings to talk about the menus or the staff at our different locations. It’s a lot of work to keep everything synchronized. Kochi can be a tough place to run a business because of the competition and the traffic, but we’ve managed to find our rhythm. We don't use any fancy management systems, just honest hard work and keeping track of things as they happen. It’s a practical office for a practical business. We aren't looking to be the biggest, just to do our jobs well and keep our heads above water in a busy city. It's constant work, but we find our way through it every day.
