If you are looking for us, we are located in Kochi, over at Muscat Tower on PC Road. The exact spot is Door No 47/764 H in Chalikavattom, which is right in the Vytilla area. We call ourselves Awaken Aroma The Taste Of Malabar Private Limited. It’s a bit of a long name, I know. We focus on the kinds of flavors you usually find around the Malabar region. Being in Kochi means things are always moving fast around the shop. We have a small team here working out of the office in the tower. Most of the day is spent handling orders and making sure the spices or whatever we are working on that day smells right. The traffic on PC Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to get our deliveries out early. It is a simple setup we have here. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation, just a private limited company trying to bring those specific Malabar tastes to the people around here. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. It’s just part of being in an older building like Muscat Tower. We like the neighborhood though. There are lots of other small businesses around us, and it feels like a good place to be working from. We stay busy enough with the daily grind of running the business and keeping track of the inventory.
