Arippa Restaurants Private Limited is based in Cochin, right near the busy Pipeline Junction in Palarivattom. We are located very close to the Cookery Restaurant and just off the Nh-47 By-Pass. If you have ever been to this part of Ernakulam, you know exactly how the traffic can get. Most of our working day is spent dealing with the various needs of the restaurant business. There is always someone coming or going through the doors. We have kitchens to manage and a lot of staff to keep organized for the shifts. The constant noise from the bypass is always there in the background. We don't have a quiet or fancy corporate office. It is more of a practical workspace where things happen very quickly. Some of us handle the food supplies and orders, while others look after the daily accounts. It gets quite hot in the kitchen areas, but that is just part of the everyday job. We see a lot of different people every day, from the delivery drivers to our regular customers. The junction outside is always crowded, so getting our supplies in and out takes a bit of good timing. We have a small space for our meetings, which usually happen over a quick cup of tea. It isn’t a fancy life, but we stay busy from morning until late at night. There is always a list of things that need fixing.
