Our office is over in South Kalamassery, situated in Mary Tower at the University Junction. It’s right on the NH-47, so the traffic is always moving outside. Acme Projects & Developers I Pvt Ltd has been based here for a few years. We handle various project details and development work from this office. It’s a busy spot because of the university being so close. Inside, it’s mostly maps, blueprints, and people discussing sites. We aren’t a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a dedicated group of people who know the local area and the land here. We spend a lot of time out in the field looking at sites and then coming back here to update our records. Being near Chengampuzha means we are central to a lot of what's happening in this part of the state. The office isn't overly decorated; it’s mostly just functional furniture and stacks of documents. We don't go in for fancy presentations. We prefer to just show people what we are working on and be clear about the timelines. Sometimes things get delayed due to the weather or permit issues, and we just have to be honest about that. It’s hard work, but we enjoy the process of seeing something being built from the ground up. We mostly get our clients through local connections and people seeing our boards at project sites. It's a decent way to make a living.
