Our shop is tucked away at Plot No X/407 in Gali No 2, right in the heart of the Ram Nagar Market. It’s one of those spots in Gandhi Nagar where you really feel the energy of the city every single day. Being near Jain Mandir Gali means there’s always a flow of people passing by, especially in the mornings when things are just getting started. We usually get here early to roll up the shutters and get the dust off the counters. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the collections we keep and a couple of stools for when the feet get tired. The street noise is part of the background here, you kind of get used to the rickshaws and the loaders moving goods back and forth. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the walls have seen a lot of seasons. Sometimes the fans don't quite keep the heat away in July, but we keep the water cold. We don't have a big team or anything fancy, just a few of us making sure the stock is sorted and the lights stay on. It’s a simple setup where we focus on getting the work done and greeting whoever comes through the door. Most of our day is spent counting items or rearranging the shelves because things get messy fast in a market like this. It’s home for us, and we stay until the market starts to quiet down at night.
