V K Foods And Restaurant Llp is set up in the Patparganj Village area of East Delhi. Specifically, we are at Khasra No. 490/106 inside the B R Complex. Our spot is Chamber No. 101 on the ground floor of 32 C. Being on the ground floor is handy for when we have supplies coming in because we don't have to lug everything up the stairs. Patparganj is a busy, older part of the city with narrow lanes and a lot of people moving around. The B R Complex has its own rhythm, and we are right in the thick of it. Most of our work involves managing the food side and the restaurant operations. It’s a lot of checking inventory and making sure the staff schedules are filled. We don't have a fancy office with glass walls. It’s more of a functional space where we drink a lot of tea and try to keep the books straight. The village vibe is still there even with all the new buildings around. We know the shopkeepers nearby and we get our daily stuff from them. It’s a simple way of working. We aren't looking to change the world; we just want to make sure the food is good and the business stays steady. It is a local operation through and through, run by people who understand the East Delhi pace of life.
