Nirula'S

This Nirula'S is located right at C-35Extn in New Ashok Nagar. It’s a busy part of Delhi, so there’s always people moving around outside. We’ve got the usual menu items that people grew up eating around here. It’s not a five-star hotel experience, just a place to grab a bite after work. The chairs have been here a while and the floor gets some heavy foot traffic throughout the day. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the lunch rush. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting by the door and it gets a bit crowded. It’s a bit of a tight space in this part of Delhi, honestly. We try to keep the ice cream cold even when the power acts up, which happens more than we'd like. People come in for a quick snack or to take something home for their kids in the evening. The kitchen stays pretty loud with the sound of orders being called out and pans hitting the stove. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything, just the stuff we need to serve food. It’s a straightforward setup. New Ashok Nagar is a hectic place, but we've been here long enough that most people know where we are. We see the same faces every week, mostly folks from the nearby offices or the apartments across the street. It's just us doing our jobs and making sure the food is ready when people ask for it. Nothing too complicated about it at all.
