The Food Court

Being in 110096 means we see a lot of people heading to work or coming back from the metro. It is a small setup, nothing too flashy. We just cook every day and try to keep things moving. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the summer, but that is just how it is. We have a few tables where people can eat quickly. Most people around here are in a hurry, so we try to keep up with that pace. It is a family-run kind of thing, so you might see the same faces every time you walk in. We chose this spot because Bharti Chowk is easy for everyone to get to. Sometimes we run out of stuff early if it has been a long day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just a sign outside and some good smells coming from the stove. Living and working in New Ashok Nagar is a lot of work, but we like being part of the neighborhood. The address is pretty easy to find if you know the chowk. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is what it is.
