Take Away Food Express

We are tucked into United Plaza, occupying units G-8, 9, 10, and 11. It's a busy spot on the Main Road in Karkardooma. If you're around Delhi 110092, you've probably walked past us a few times. Take Away Food Express isn't a big sit-down place with waiters in vests. It's more of a busy kitchen where things are always moving. We have a few counters and a lot of steam coming from the back. The Main Road is always noisy with cars and people, and we kind of like that energy. We started with just one small space and slowly took over the units next door until we had the four we have now. It's a bit of a maze back there sometimes. The guys in the kitchen have been together for a while, and they have their own way of doing things. We don't use fancy machines, just a lot of knives and big pots. The tiles on the floor are a bit worn down from everyone walking back and forth all day. We open up early to get the prep work done and usually stay late until the last order is out. It is hard work, but being in Karkardooma feels right for us. We know the local delivery guys by name, and they know which door to use. It's just a simple food spot in a busy plaza. We don't do anything special, just keep the food coming for the people who need it. That's how it's been for years.
